We begin with our unique mayonnaise which uses free-range eggs and locally sourced extra virgin rapeseed oil. The cold-pressed rapeseed oil produces luxuriously smooth and creamy mayonnaise, which we expertly infuse with the highest quality Black truffles (Tuber Aestivum). Rich and creamy texture with a mellow, savory black truffle taste. Good depth of flavor. Use our black truffle mayonnaise straight from the jar just like you would with regular mayonnaise.
