How long will my order take to arrive?
Please allow up to two days for processing and 2-8 days to ship via standard ground shipping, depending on where it is going.
If you have selected an expedited shipping option at checkout, we will prepare your order the same day if received before 1 pm EST. If received after 1 pm EST, it will ship the following business day.
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to anywhere in the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska, as well as APO and FPO military addresses.
International shipping coming very soon!
What is your return policy?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please include Return and the order number in the subject of the email. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).
Also, due to the nature of the packaging and included perishable goods, we cannot accept returns on any gift box sets.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have,
and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
What if my item arrived damaged?
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org if the item is defective or damaged, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Do you offer local (Metro Detroit) pickup or delivery options?
We are currently working on local pick-up/delivery options and hope to announce that very soon.
Can I include a personalized message with my order?
Yes! Please include your message in the box provided at checkout. It will be handwritten on a cookette letterpress notecard.
My order is a gift, will it include any tags or pricing information?
No, all price tags will be removed and we will not include a packing slip or receipt with your gift order.
I would like to recommend a product to Cookette, how should I do that?
We would love to hear about your product recommendations! Please email email@example.com and put "Product" in the subject line.
Can I order multiple gift boxes?
